Podiatry WA - Volunteer Sponsorship Coordinator

Are you organised, driven, and looking to gain experience in the nonprofit or health sector? Podiatry WA are looking for a volunteer to fill the role of Sponsorship Coordinator for their organisation.

Podiatry WA is the peak professional association for podiatrists in Western Australia and works to promote the profession and improve the standing of podiatry in the community.

They are looking to fill the position of Sponsorship Coordinator for the organisation. The role would be filled on a volunteer basis, with a minimum time commitment of 3-4 hrs/week.

As Sponsorship Coordinator, your duties would include:

  • Attendance at monthly meetings (usually conducted online, but occasional face-to-face attendance required)
  • Maintain and update the sponsorship register for the monthly board meeting.
  • Co-ordinate select sponsorship agreements for Podiatry WA.
  • Meet the sponsorship budget target set as part of the annual financial planning process.
  • Monitor and ensure renewals of existing agreements.
  • Seek out new sponsors.
  • Ensure sponsors agreements are in place and all other aspects of sponsorship agreements are honoured.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all Podiatry WA sponsors.
  • Additional duties as they arise

Duration/Time Commitment:

This role would require a minimum of 3/4 hours per week commitment, on an ongoing basis.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will be organised, autonomous with good communication skills and attention to detail. The candidate must be confident to work independently, and be capable of managing competing demands.

For the right candidate, there is also capacity for expansion within this role.

Ace Podiatry is looking to fill a Podiatrist position in the new year, commencing mid January. The position will involve a mix of both private practice and aged care work, all located south of the river.
