2-3 days per week.

  • Fees negotiable and hours negotiable.
  • We have an active patient load with some challenging medical conditions and multiple podiatric needs.
  • Would prefer Podiatrist with some experience as owner wants to step back from full time hours to allow more admin hours.
  • Nice working conditions and good support team .
  • Good clinical skills necessary and adjunct treatment modalities are a plus. 
  • Patient communication skills are also important.
  • Must be registered in Western Australia  with appropriate insurances.

Ace Podiatry in Shelley is looking for a Podiatrist to cover 6 weeks of leave starting the 1st of July.

The work load includes 2 days in private practice and 1 day in aged care.

About the role:

A part-time/full-time position for a professional and committed podiatrist to join our podiatry team in a supportive and friendly environment. This position provides flexible working hours and an opportunity for significant growth and professional development. You will be ‘growing’ your practice on a well-established patient base!. 

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • An evidence-based focus in accordance with the standards set out in the Australian Podiatry Association guidelines.

  • Provision of a full range of general podiatric services including:

  • General treatment, nail surgery and diabetic assessment/education

  • Biomechanical assessment and management of musculoskeletal disorders of the lower limb

  • Orthoses prescription

  • Dry needling

  • Assessment and management of neurological and circulatory conditions of the lower limb

  • Wound and ulcer management

  • Applying health education as a significant component of each client contact

  • Ongoing professional and personal development 

  • Participation in marketing projects for internal and external promotions 

  • Involvement in regular meetings integral to a well-functioning multidisciplinary health team
